Divine Love, Divine Compassion.

We remember and celebrate the lives of our loved ones.

We are filled with deep gratitude for the communities
of family, faith, and friends who walk with us
when sadness envelopes our hearts.

Believing in the resurrection of Jesus dispels fear

and fills us with hope and courage.

We know that through the cross and resurrection
you have transformed death into life.

As we continue to journey together with one another,

may we love one another and support one another;

Our sadness gives way to hope in the bright promise

of the resurrection.

In all that lies before us,
in all that is yet unknown and unrevealed,

continue to walk with us.
In you, may we, know deep peace.

(Sister Miriam Malone, SNJM '63)

SPORTS UPDATE

Congratulations to our tennis team players and our volleyball players who participated in the first round of CIF playoffs yesterday.

Our tennis stars traveled all the way to the high desert to play Granite High School in Apple Valley.  They played excellent matches, but unfortunately lost (6-12) so their season is over.  We are very proud of their accomplishments.

Our volleyball team totally dominated the St. Monica Academy Crusaders defeating them in three straight games.  The next round will be tomorrow here at Ramona.  We will play Upland Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m.  Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students (this is a CIF event).  Come and cheer for our Tigers!

TIGER PLAY DAY 2016

Image

This past Saturday we extended our paws and welcomed over 125 prospective Tigers for a campus visit featuring music, games, activities, giveaways, and food. Girls in grades 6, 7, and 8 from over 60 local schools gathered in the HFR for a roaring pep rally to kick off the event. They bounced around campus and participated in various science, art, and sports activities throughout the morning. Before saying farewell, students filled their tummies with an In-N-Out lunch and "shuffled," "juju'd on that beat," and "neanae'd" around the lunch area to the sounds of DJ Daniela Salatino '18. Thank you to our faculty, staff, parents, students, and guests for making this yet another memorable event.
