Application Process

Follow these easy step-by-step guidelines to ensure that you complete your application in a timely and efficient manner. Feel free to contact a member of the Enrollment Team if you have any questions.

COMPLETE THE ONLINE ADMISSION APPLICATION. Once your application is submitted, you'll have access to the admission portal.

The application fee is $100 and can be paid through the admission portal. The admission deadline for the 2024-2025 school year is Wednesday, January 24, 2024.


REQUEST YOUR OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

Submit the “Parent Authorization for Release of School Records” to your current school. This form is available through the admission portal.

SUBMIT A SCHOOL RECOMMENDATION

Please request a recommendation from your Math and/or English teacher electronically through the admission portal. Your teacher(s) will be able to submit the form directly to us electronically.


TAKE THE HIGH SCHOOL PLACEMENT TEST (HSPT)

The Ramona Convent HSPT is scheduled for Saturday, January 27, 2024, starting at 8:00 a.m.


COMPLETE AN ADMISSION INTERVIEW

Family interviews are an exciting part of the admission process. Interviews will be held at various times on Wednesday, January 31, 2024; Tuesday, February 6, 2024; and Thursday, February 8, 2024. Interview sign-ups will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2024, before the HSPT Exam.


ATTEND THE APPLICANTS' TEA PARTY

All applicants and a “Remarkable Woman” in their life are invited to attend a special event hosted by our Ramona Ambassadors and their mothers on Sunday, February 25, 2024.

TRACK YOUR APPLICATION STATUS

You may track your admission status through the online portal. Notification of admissions decisions will be mailed on March 1, 2024. Applications received after this date will be reviewed on an on-going basis.
